RESEARCH

On top of my design practice, I actively engage in design research. My research is centred around multiple aspects of visual communication and information design in order to effectively centre the user in the designed outcome.

01

PUBLIC HEALTH COMMUNICATIONS

My research in this area includes the delivery of accessible and inclusive preventative health strategies, digital health interventions, co-design methodologies, and consumer participation frameworks.

02

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & LEARNING DEVELOPMENT

This research primarily focuses on the delivery of complex learning materials through Online and in-person training, putting the learner and their experiences at the centre of all design/research choices. Exploration into both synchronous and asynchronous pedagogical means of delivery has also been a focus.

03

CLIMATE CHANGE VISUAL COMMUNICATION

My research in this space focuses on the digital communication of climate change information, primarily through short-form video content (like on TikTok), to better understand the current state of online climate change communication.
